The shell is the full structural component of the home, slab, block and framing.
Block Walls
As the ground floor Block Walls rise up out of the ground, the framing crews will come into install the first floor system to be able continue the wall upward. In the background our crews for our 2087 home are getting ready for the foundation.
The Stem Wall
The stemwall allows for the foundation to start rising up out of the ground.
Foundation
The foundation to any home is the beginning. Strength in the foundation allows us to build onward and upward.
Creating the Blank Canvas
